Chicken Enchilada Casserole

• Enchilada sauce14 oz jar
• Monterey Jack cheese, shredded3 cups
• Corn tortillas6
• Chicken breasts2

1. 1Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces and place in a pot.
2. 2Pour sauce over chicken and simmer covered on low-medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 20:00
3. 3Remove chicken from sauce and shred with two forks; reserve sauce.
4. 4Preheat oven to 375°F.
5. 5Spread 1/4 cup sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
6. 6Layer 2 tortillas, 1/3 of the chicken, 1/3 of the sauce, and 1/3 of the cheese.
7. 7Repeat layers twice more with remaining ingredients.
