We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Grill Times Plus purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at contact@grilltimes.com and we'll help you. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to the handling of refund requests.

You can cancel your subscription any time from the Plus page in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period.
